We will make affordable homes affordable on the minimum wage:
Survey Guestimates indicate that we are around 4.5 million homes short of what we require nationally. However, the current rate of new home construction falls short of meeting this demand, with *234,000 net additional dwellings* delivered in England in 2022-23. This shortfall has led to issues such as:

- *Unaffordability*: Housing costs are increasing faster than earnings, making it difficult for people to purchase homes.

- *Increased reliance on parents*: More young adults are living with their parents due to worsening affordability.

- *Sub-standard housing*: Approximately 3.5 million homes in England were in non-decent condition in 2021/22. Homes classed as affordable homes simple are not affordable.
We are embarking on a National Homes building program. We will be authorising County Housing Officer (Replacing the housing dude at your old council) is to survey the total numbers of homes required for the County.

Using the ‘State Asset Finance Program’  We will embark upon building TREASURY HOMES.

County Parliaments 'Treasury Homes Construction Units' will be utilising very large 3d house printers (YouTube them).
A typical 3d printed 2 bed home. Printed, trade finished and brought to market for £100,000 each.

You may acquire a British Treasury Bank Mortgage to purchase your new Treasury HOME.

To calculate a TREASURY mortgage repayment rate is very easy. This is how easy it is: follow it with your calculator on your phone
Amount Borrowed (100%) is £100,000.

£100,000 divided by 25 years = £4,000.  Annual repayment = £4,000pa +3% interest =
£4,000 + 3% = £4,102 per annum you can pay annually or

6 monthly £4,102 divided by 2 = £2,060 or quarterly =

3 monthly £4,102 divided by 4 = £1,025.50p or monthly =

1 monthly £4,102 divided by 12 = £342 or weekly =

Weekly:  £4102 divided by   52   = £79.00

Minimum wage 40 hrs @£12.21 = £489 per week and your mortgage is £79 per week = £489 in - £79 out = £410 left from a minimum wage after buying your weekly share in your home

YOU CAN AFFORD AN AFFORDABLE HOME IN GREAT BRITAIN.
Treasury Homes are prioritising British Citizens.

HOMELESS VETERANS have Priority due to their valiant service to the Country and the appalling way that the Roundhead Parliamentarians just dumped them on the streets after returning from battles that the Roundhead Parliamentarians deployed them into.
