Public Policy League

*That's an innovative approach to citizen engagement and policy-making*
*The Public Policy league* concept would:
1. *Increase citizen participation*: By allowing anyone to formulate and submit policies, we’d be empowering citizens to take an active role in governance.
2. *Foster a culture of collaboration*: The league structure encourages citizens to work together, share ideas, and build on each other's strengths.
3. *Promote merit-based policy-making*: Policies rise or fall based on citizen feedback, ensuring that the most popular and effective ideas are considered by the British Chamber of Competences.
This system will lead to more inclusive, responsive, and effective collective governance of the people, by the people. However, it's essential to consider factors like:
1. *Policy evaluation criteria*: Establishing clear criteria for evaluating policies would ensure fairness and consistency.
2. *Voter education*: Educating citizens on the policies and the voting process would help ensure informed decision-making.
3. *Representation and accessibility*: Ensuring that the system is accessible and representative of all citizens, regardless of background or socioeconomic status, would be crucial.
Overall, this concept has potential to enhance citizen engagement and policy-making. What do you think about implementing safeguards to prevent manipulation or exploitation of the system?
*Public “Executive Agency” Policy Leagues*
*Executive Summary*
This policy proposes the establishment of a novel, citizen-driven platform for policy-making, where any British Citizen can formulate and submit policies on any topic. YOUR policies will compete in a league structure, similar to a football league, with citizens voting to determine their fate. The top-performing policies will be considered by the British Chamber of Competences for Competent Professional scrutiny, interrogation, amendment and list for implementation. If the policy enters into the British Chamber of Competences, it is because a democratic majority has made it so.
*League Structure*
Our Public, Executive Agency Policy Leagues, will consist of tiered progression
1. *Community League*: YOUR Policy is submitted and voted on by citizens in local communities.
2. *Regional League*: OUR Top-performing policies from Community Leagues are promoted to Regional Leagues, where they are voted on by citizens from larger geographic areas.
3. *National League*: Top-performing policies from Regional Leagues are promoted to the National League, where they are voted on by citizens nationwide.
4. *British Camber of Competences*: The top policies in the National League each month will be entered into process feasibility study and interrogation examination, amendments by the British Chamber of Competences for possible advancing to His Majesty King Charles lll for Royal Ascent
*Voting Mechanism*
Citizens will vote on policies using the policy app, a simple thumbs up or thumbs down mechanism, similar to online platforms, but with privacy, biometric security and a couple of randomised AI generated questions on the policy for confirmation of understanding before vote tool can be accessed.
Policies will rise or fall in the league based on the number of positive votes they receive.
*Key Features*
1. *Transparency*: All policies and voting results will be publicly accessible, allowing citizens to track the progress of policies and engage in informed debates.
2. *Accountability*: Citizens will be able to hold policymakers accountable for the policies they implement, as they will be aware of the policies that are rising through the league.
3. *Inclusivity*: Any British Citizen can imagineer, craft, formulate & finesse their own policy and then submit the policy to the leagues, that citizens from all backgrounds will have a voice in the policy-making process. You already have one don’t you? How many times have you said to yourself… If I was in charge this is how I’d fix that!....... and then put your feet up with the telly on and a brew because you’re powerless?
YOU could be the one to FREE us all from some things or help us with some things or change some things for the betterment of us all.
So… Stop moaning about the issue, if its broken then FIX IT! This is how:
1, Write it down, research it, ‘well’ research it with referenced, quotable evidences, as vested interests will attempt to challenge you.
2, Formulate your ‘moan’ and your ‘moan’ mitigation idea into an articulate, intelligent, fiscally literate policy
3, Release it to the league.
4, Stop moaning and winging of prevailing societal stuff if you’re not interested in fixing it. You are British, so step up and FIX IT!
5, Everyone knows that when a brit gets perturbed enough….
We write a letter! Haha. Write a policy proposal to fix it instead
*Benefits*

2. *Improved Policy Quality*: The league structure will allow policies to be tested and refined through citizen feedback, ensuring that only the most effective and popular policies rise to the top.
3. *Enhanced Transparency and Accountability*: The platform will provide a clear and transparent record of policy development and implementation, enabling citizens to hold policymakers accountable.
*Implementation Plan*
1. *Platform Development*: Develop a user-friendly online platform for policy submission, voting, and league tracking.
2. *Citizen Education*: Educate citizens on the policy-making process and the voting mechanism to ensure informed decision-making.
