Guardianship

The Royal British Guardianship

Policing has morphed from policing by consent to more a politicised instrument of the state infringing upon the rights and freedoms of the British citizens. Over the years our police have been starved of funds, the loss of experienced police officers. Police officers now being used as social workers, mental health carers etc.
We intend to replace the current British Policing model with one fit for this century

The ‘Royal British Guardianship’
The interdepartmental Guardian multi skills concept involves combining different skill sets and professional expertise to create a versatile and effective response team. Here's an example of how these professional skills will be combined:

- *Guardian Police*: Policing & Social Dispute Resolution Referee skills.

- *Guardian Police + Fire*: Adding firefighting skills to policing, enabling the guardian to respond to fires and emergencies.

- *Guardian Police + Fire + EMT*: Further adding emergency medical technician (EMT) skills, allowing the guardian to provide medical assistance in emergency situations.

- *Guardian Police + Fire + EMT + Cerebral Confusion mentor*: This involves adding specialised training in mental health crisis response, enabling the guardian to address situations involving individuals with mental health issues or confusion.

- *Guardian Police + Fire + EMT + Cerebral Confusion + Guardian Youth Club*: These combinations might involve adding community outreach and youth engagement skills, allowing the guardian to work with young people and build positive relationships within the community.

This interdepartmental approach could lead to a more holistic and effective response to community needs, with guardians able to address a wide range of situations and provide support in various areas.

The community Guardian’s Operational Hubs would integrate various services, including:

- *Police*
- *Fire*
- *EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) *
- *Psychiatric services*
- *Social services*

By combining these resources, the community Guardianship hubs could provide a more holistic and coordinated response to community needs. This approach might lead to:

- *Improved response times*: By having multiple services in one location, response times could be reduced.

- *Enhanced collaboration*: Integrated teams could share information and expertise more effectively.

- *More comprehensive support*: Community members could receive a broader range of services and support in a single location.

Our local Guardian Operational Hubs could become a central part of community safety and support infrastructure. Cutting bureaucratic waste and inefficiency.
